Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Vishal Nigam (operated with WTF Labs) ("we", "us") handles your information when you use vishalnigam.wtf. It is a plain-language summary, not legal advice.

    What we collect

    The details you give us in our forms: your name, WhatsApp number, email address and business details such as business name and annual revenue band.

    If you take the Business Scorecard, your answers and result. We also see basic technical data such as pages visited and campaign (UTM) parameters in the link you arrived from.

    Why we collect it

    To contact you about the programs, playbooks and partnerships you asked about, mainly on WhatsApp and email, and to improve this website.

    Sharing

    We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and send messages on our behalf, and when the law requires it.

    Storage and retention

    Your information is stored with reputable cloud providers and kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. We take reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

    Your rights under India's DPDP Act 2023

    Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent, and raise a grievance.

    Advertising measurement (Meta)

    If you tick the optional box "Let us measure our ads with Meta using hashed contact details", we send your email address, phone number and name to Meta (Facebook and Instagram) through its Conversions API, in hashed form, together with the fact that you submitted a form. Meta uses this only to match the event to an ad so we can measure which ads work.

    If you do not tick the box, we send Meta only the event itself and technical data your browser already shares, such as IP address, browser type and Meta's advertising cookies, and no contact details. You can withdraw this consent at any time by writing to us.

    Messaging

    Email marketing and WhatsApp messages are sent only to the channels you tick on our forms. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link that stops it immediately. You can also stop WhatsApp or email messages at any time by replying STOP or by writing to us.
