Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of vishalnigam.wtf and the programs offered by Vishal Nigam (operated with WTF Labs). By using the site or enrolling, you agree to them. This is a plain-language summary, not legal advice.

    Program access

    Enrolment gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the program materials, sessions and community for the cohort you joined. Do not share your access with others.

    Conduct

    Be respectful, do not misuse the community or the materials, and do not use the program to break the law or harm others. We may remove access for serious or repeated breaches.

  3. 03

    Intellectual property

    All content, templates, SOPs and playbooks remain our property or that of our licensors. You may use them in your own business but may not resell, republish or redistribute them.

    No guarantee of results

    Examples from WTF are illustrations, not promises. Your results depend on your business, effort and market. Targets such as doubling your business in 12 months are goals, not commitments. The refund commitment is set out on our Refund page.

  5. 05

    Limitation of liability

    To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the program is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  6. 06

    Governing law and jurisdiction

    These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
